Asénath van den Berg
Founder and Director
ASIE Personnel was established in February 2006 by Asénath van den Berg. After completing her studies in Human Resource Management, Asénath moved into a Corporate Recruitment environment for 4 years.
Having a passion for recruitment, people and a clear understanding from a corporate point of view, Asénath then followed her dream and passion to open her own recruitment firm. She prides herself in having a hands on approach to every aspect of the business, ensuring that their strong values carry through to every partnership.
Asénath is supported by a strong team of Experts. Qualified individuals cover the HR, Talent Acquisition, Digital Marketing and Administration of the Business.

Our Service Offering covers Recruitment and Selection, AD Response Handling, Salary Benchmarking, HR Audits and HR Services. Services are Offered on a Contingency or Retainer Basis depending on the services required.
